Expert Assistant - Boiler Repair
Scenario: A gas engineer has a series of service jobs and uses the AI assistant on their table to help. The assistant tells them where their next job is and provides them with a summary of the fault that has been reported. It is also able to provide instructions for a repair procedure. The engineer is then able to update the service record through a Jira integration.
Expert Assistant - Vehicle Maintenance
Scenario: A vehicle technician has been presented with a job to replace a boot liner on a Mercedes. They haven’t worked on this particular model before so want some guidance on how to perform the procedure. The AI assistant is able to summarise the process in numbered steps and present the technician with pages from the service manual with pictures the help with the repair.
Customer Service - Where's My Order?
Scenario: A customer has ordered a glazed door and wants to find out the status of their order. Rather than pick up they phone and wait to speak to a person, they use the AI assistant to find the information. The AI assistant is able to integrate with the backend order system to identify the order status.
Customer Support - Product Recommendations
Scenario: A student is home from university and would like to soundproof a room for his drum kit. He is on a budget and want to know what sort of materials are available.
Mass Mobilisation - Blue Light Services
Scenario: There has been a police incident and the control room needs to mobilise additional officers. The assistant is used to communicate with all officers to determine who is available and what skills these people have. It can then automate the allocation of resources with minimal human input.
Customer Support - Financial Services
Scenario: A bank customer is interested in a range of the bank’s services including student loans, mortgage lending, and credit cards. The AI assistant interacts with the user and the website to process display appropriate content and help with account applications.
