At DeeperThanBlue, we help businesses get the most out of IBM’s Cloud Integration Solutions. We handle the whole process from start to finish, making sure everything’s implemented smoothly, securely, and built to last. Here’s what our IBM Cloud Integration Service includes:
Strategic Consultation
We start by getting to grips with your current setup, the challenges you’re facing, and what you’re trying to achieve. Our consultants work directly with your team to map out an integration strategy that fits your broader digital plans. We’ll also work out which bits of IBM Cloud Pak you actually need—whether that’s API management, messaging, data virtualisation, or something else entirely.
Expert Deployment
Whether you’re deploying on one of major Public Cloud Hypercalers (Azure, AWS and Google Cloud), Red Hat OpenShift, across hybrid cloud, or keeping things on-premises, our certified engineers handle the whole implementation. We take care of everything from designing the architecture and configuring the platform through to sorting out security and getting your users up to speed. The aim is a smooth rollout that doesn’t mess up your day-to-day operations.
Proactive Support & Monitoring
We don’t just disappear after launch. Our service includes ongoing support and real-time monitoring to keep everything running smoothly and securely. We’ll spot and fix issues before they affect your users, plus we’ll tune performance to make sure the platform keeps up with your changing business needs.
Ongoing Maintenance & Optimisation
To help you get the best return on your investment, we provide regular health checks, updates, and improvements. As IBM develops the Cloud Pak ecosystem further, we make sure your solution stays current with best practices and new features, so you’re not left behind.
Migration & Modernisation
If you’re looking to move away from older middleware systems or want to integrate existing assets into a more modern, cloud-native setup, we can help with modernisation services. We’ll re-platform, re-engineer, and containerise your workloads to speed up your move to the cloud and run these on a Kubernetes managed platform.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
We make sure your internal teams are properly equipped through tailored training and hands-on support. The goal is to give them the skills and confidence to manage and develop your integration environment once we’ve handed it over.

6. Is IBM Cloud Pak For Integration Suitable For Small To Medium-Sized Businesses? +
While IBM Cloud Pak for Integration is often associated with large enterprises, it can also be a valuable solution for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) looking to enhance their integration capabilities. The platform offers scalable pricing models, allowing SMBs to start with a smaller investment and expand as their needs grow. Its modular architecture enables businesses to implement only the components they need, avoiding unnecessary complexity and costs.
For SMBs with limited IT resources, managed service options are available, reducing the need for extensive in-house expertise. However, it’s important for smaller businesses to carefully evaluate their specific integration needs, available resources, and long-term growth plans. IBM Cloud Pak for Integration is modular, and the license allows organisations to select the components it needs at each point in time rather than having to buy components that won’t be used immediately or aren’t required to meet the project’s needs. Please also see the section on license purchase and deployment options below.
7. How Do You Purchase IBM Cloud Pak for Integration? +
IBM Cloud Pak for Integration is sold to customers via IBM’s Passport Advantage programme. The license is sold via the VPC (virtual processor core) metric and can be purchased as a perpetual license, term license or subscription-based license model. Perpetual licenses usually have a more beneficial Return On Investment where your project lifecycle is beyond 4 years. Subscription and term based licenses typically look more attractive over shorter terms of between 3-4 years. Also, be aware that subscription and term-based licenses' entitlements mean that you have no right to use the product in the future if you do not renew the license agreement either annually or if you have purchased a multi-year agreement (24 or 26 months) at the renewal anniversary.
If you are looking to purchase or upgrade IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, our specialist license team are available to help explain the options available and ensure that you make the most optimised and cost-efficient license purchase for your needs. Send us a message and we’ll put you in contact with the right people.
8. Deployment Options for IBM Cloud Pak for Integration +
