Full agenda for the Business Analytics Forum revealed

The full agenda for DeeperThanBlue’s popular Business Analytics Forum event has been released, due to be held on Wednesday, October 13th, 2021 at The Mowbray in Sheffield. You can register here.
There’s something for everyone at the #BAF reboot, ranging from KPI planning and performance targets right through to AI and edge technology. Here’s what’s in store.
IBM’s data visualisation expert Matthew Robinson will join DeeperThanBlue’s Julian Shaw in a brand new TM1 Planning Analytics demo session, exclusive to the #BAF event.
The roster also gains a thought-provoking session from Snowflake’s Chris Jackson, discussing how companies are seeking to reduce data latency and project time to value whilst tackling an ever broadening range of analytic use cases against a widening set of data sources.
The closing session of the day will be delivered by AI Tech North and Innovation Exchange founder Sherin Mathew, who will be helping executives understand how to plan an AI journey for their business. He’ll be covering the myths, reality and breaking the AI barriers, understanding the core elements required to build an AI strategy and learning more about the AI architecture and AI services.
KPI guru Bernie Smith (founder of Made To Measure KPIs) will kick off the event, sharing his expertise on why performance targets fail and how to fix them, as well as how to design robust, effective and credible targets for your organisation.
And of course, Simon Harrison of DeeperThanBlue’s own analytics team will be sharing how successful organisations deal with changes to their analytics approach at different times at the business’ scale, whether in a fast growth stage, to a mature corporate and everything in between.
It’s going to be a jam-packed day and we hope that you can join us. You can register and view the full agenda here.
So, join us for an afternoon of knowledge sharing, analytical thinking and networking over a few drinks in the heart of Sheffield’s Kelham Island district. We’re excited to catch up with you all after so long apart.
